Refund & Cancellation policy

​At Snow Valley Resort Shimla, we strive to provide a transparent and hassle-free booking experience for all our guests. Our cancellation and refund guidelines are as follows:

​1. Cancellation Terms

​15 Days or More Before Check-in: Guests who cancel their booking at least 15 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund (minus any applicable transaction or processing fees).

​7 to 14 Days Before Check-in: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

​Less Than 48 Hours Before Check-in: No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time.

​No-Show Policy: In the event that a guest does not arrive at the resort (no-show), the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

​2. Refund Process

​Processing Time: Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

​Bank Charges: Please note that any bank or payment gateway transaction fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the final amount.

​3. Exceptional Circumstances

​Natural Calamities: In the case of extreme weather conditions such as heavy snowfall or road blocks in Shimla that prevent travel, the resort may offer the option to reschedule the booking to a later date instead of a refund.

​Peak Season Bookings: For peak seasons such as Christmas and New Year, specific cancellation terms may apply, which will be communicated at the time of reservation.
